JATHARA PARIVARTANASANA (revolved abdomen pose)

JATHARA PARIVARTANASANA is a supine twist.

Starting from SAVASANA, bend both knees and bring them close to your chest on an exhale.

Inhale stretch your arms out wide to the sides on shoulder level, palms facing upwards.

Exhale lower both knees over to the left side, while keeping both shoulder blades grounded.

Keep your head in the center, or if it feels okay for the neck turn your head to the right and gaze into the palm of the right hand.

Stay here for five breaths.

Inhale come back to center, exhale switch sides.
